Applicants can obtain the application form from our office or download the application form

All applicants must submit the following documents in order to complete the application process:

  1. Completed application form
  2. English language qualification (if available)
  3. Academic transcript (forecast/actual) along with information on the grading system
  4. Reference letters (optional)
  5. Photocopy of passport (ALL the pages including the blank pages)** on A4-size paper
  6. A copy of your passport size photo
  7. USD150 non-refundable application fee

** We highly recommend that your passport be valid for at least the duration of your course. If it is due to expire within a year from the time your application is accepted, please apply for a new passport and submit photocopies of all pages of both passports.

Confirmation

Your eligibility will be confirmed in 10 working days

Acceptance

Reply with the acceptance letter via email, fax, or post

RM 1,000 acceptance fee (non-refundable and will be part of tuition fee), to be done via bank transfer or credit card

Offer Letter

Conditional or Unconditional Offer to be issued to student using post upon receiving acceptance fee

International applicants who studied in West Malaysia before will need to provide from your last institution of study in Malaysia:

  1. Your original release letter, signed by your last institution’s Chief Executive Officer
  2. Certified copies of:
    • Attendance reports
    • Academic transcript (forecast/actual) along with information on the grading system
    • Reference letters (if required)
    • 3 photocopies of passport (ALL the pages including blank pages)*, if from the People’s Republic of China, five full and clear copies, on A4-size paper
    • Certificate of Completion
    • Highest academic qualification (that is, transcript, results or certificates) from your home country.

Applicants can submit their applications via several methods:

Fax: In order to speed up the process, you can fax your application and documents. If you choose to fax your application, please make sure that the Admissions Department receives the original documents prior to the beginning of the academic year as the originals are needed to confirm your acceptance.

Bangladesh Successful Completion of Year 11 (grade average of 75%) or Successful Completion of Year 12 (grade average of 60%)
Brunei GCE ‘O’ Levels (or forecast), pass grades in 4 subjects
China 非重点中学毕业,高二课程平均分达80分或以上,或 重点中学毕业,高二课程平均分达65分或以上 Senior Middle School 2 (non-key schools) – 80% average Senior Middle School 2 (key schools) – 65% average
Hong Kong HKCEE Form 5 – pass grades in 4 subjects

Vietnam Bang Tot Ngheip Pho Thoug Trung Hoc(Upper Secondary School Graduation Certificate) less than grade of 8 or Year 11 superior grades

Before submitting online

To avoid any delay in processing, please ensure all the relevant documents below are included in the online submission:

International Students

Scan and compress all your files to a single *.zip or *.rar file. (not more than 10mb)

After submitting online

Expect to receive a confirmation of receipt through your email within 48 hours.

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your application.

Once accepted, please make sure that the Admissions Department receives the original documents prior to the beginning of the academic year as the Admissions Department will need them to confirm your acceptance.
