Course Information

Education field is an evergreen job market in any countries. It is one of the fields that continues to grow in new ways. Becoming a teacher/educator gives the opportunity and privilege of making an impact on society by shaping the next generation through providing them the tools and knowledge to form their own opinions, contribute, and influence society in the future.

However, teaching is not the only career that graduates of education can choose. There are a lot more career option for those who are from education field. While many in the education field may not regularly think about it, the science of teaching can be applied outside the classroom. A master's degree in education can prepare teachers/educators to transition into the corporate or non-profit sectors as training and development professionals.

Earning master's in education field for example, is the first step toward transitioning into administration field. Administrators must understand the real classroom experience as well as leadership, curriculum development and how to best engage students and parents.

Thus, this programme aims to produce graduates with advanced knowledge in educational management and leadership, with clear directions and pathways to acquire, generate, enhance, hone knowledge and skills, whilst making cross-linkages with other knowledge disciplines such as the humanities, the social sciences and the physical sciences.
