Course Information
Our BA in Leisure & Tourism programme focuses on teaching students how to manage the tourism business. Tourism is the fastest-growing industry in the business world. Our Bachelor in Leisure & Tourism Management program provides a solid foundation in the theory and practice of tourism management and prepares you for a successful career within the tourism and leisure industry. In addition to industry-specific modules, our course options will enable you to develop a range of business skills applicable to the wider commercial market.
Further Education Pathway
Students may continue to study the Master of Business Administration Program with other partner institutions. Graduates may also pursue to postgraduate studies in Tourism Management field.
Employability
This program will equip you with the skills to work for resorts, country clubs, international hotel chains, airlines, tour operators and restaurants, and across fields such as destination management, marketing, logistics, business conferences and product development.
The travel and tourism sector is the largest sector in the world's economy and is short of good quality managers. Recent graduates from this course have gone onto roles such as:

- Meetings Venue Manager
- Events Coordinator
Many also start their own businesses in the sector including web-based tour operations, restaurants and events management companies.
