Empowering Health Awareness: Expert Talk on Sexual and Reproductive Health Sabah AIDS Support Services Association

Jesselton University College (JUC) took a significant step in promoting health awareness and education by inviting KASIH, a renowned expert from Sabah AIDS Support Services Association, to deliver an enlightening talk on sexual and reproductive health. The event, held on September 18th, 2023, aimed to equip JUC’s new students with essential knowledge about health issues, prevention, and well-being.

KASIH  expertise and experience in the field of sexual and reproductive health brought valuable insights to the audience. The talk covered a wide range of topics, including sexual health education, reproductive health choices, preventive measures, and the importance of responsible behavior. Through engaging discussions and informative sessions, Ms Claire emphasized the significance of making informed choices to ensure both physical and mental well-being.

The event served as a platform for students to ask questions, clear doubts, and receive accurate information on sensitive matters related to sexual and reproductive health. KASIH’ commitee  interactive approach facilitated open discussions, creating a safe space for students to address their concerns and seek guidance.

The Sabah AIDS Support Services Association (KASIH) went the extra mile during their recent talk at Jesselton University College (JUC). After an enlightening session on sexual health awareness and prevention, KASIH offered JUC students the opportunity for a free HIV screening test.
