Policy Statement

We are committed to providing equal access to education outreach activities for all individuals, regardless of their ethnicity, religion, disability, immigration status, or gender. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from educational enrichment and engage in meaningful learning experiences. This policy outlines our commitment to inclusivity, non-discrimination, and equal participation in our education outreach initiatives.

Scope

This policy applies to all education outreach activities organized or hosted by Jesselton University College. It ensures that access to these activities is accessible to all individuals, regardless of their ethnicity, religion, disability, immigration status, or gender.

Policy Guideline

1. Jesselton University College strictly prohibits any form of discrimination, prejudice, or bias based on ethnicity, religion, disability, immigration status, or gender. All individuals shall be treated with respect, dignity, and fairness, and no one shall be excluded or disadvantaged
2. We ensure that education outreach activities are conducted in accessible facilities and utilize inclusive resources. Reasonable accommodations and support services will be provided to individuals with disabilities to facilitate their full engagement.
3. We consider the diverse needs, backgrounds, and perspectives of the community. We engage and collaborate with a wide range of individuals and organizations representing various ethnicities, religions, disabilities, immigration statuses, and genders to ensure inclusivity and relevance.
   
   

Review and Amendments

We continuously evaluate and improve our education outreach activities to ensure equal access and inclusivity. Feedback from participants and stakeholders is actively sought and considered to identify areas for enhancement and address concerns related to access and non-discrimination.
