It emphasizes developing leadership and entrepreneurial skills to effectively manage diverse engineering organizations while fostering responsibility. Participants will gain proficiency in utilizing digital tools and analytical techniques to enhance engineering management functions. Additionally, the program focuses on building essential personal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to address complex management challenges effectively.
Students are required to complete 9 courswork modules, and 2 research project related to engineering management.
