1st Claim:

1. Photocopy I.C. (Certified True Copy)

2. Photocopy SPM Results (Certified by KE)

3. Receipt of Payment (registration fee + total tuition fee)

4. Photocopy Offer Letter (Certified by KE)

5. Surat Pengesahan Pendaftaran Pelajar (malay) – Listing how much to claim

6. Letter of Confirmation (confirmation of student status, signed by KE)

7. Letter from MQA (kelulusan letter) (Certified True Copy)

8. Surat Pengesahan Jumlah Bayaran Yuran Pengajian Semasa – Listing total claim fee with details (Signature by JC Financial Controller)

2nd Claim:

1. Photocopy I.C. (Certified True Copy)

2. Surat Pengesahan Pendaftaran Pelajar (Malay)

3. Letter of Confirmation (confirmation of student status, signed by KE)

4. Letter from MQS (kelulusan letter) (Certified True Copy)
