Kota Kinabalu, May 2, 2023 – Jesselton University College (JUC) is proud to announce its collaboration with Junior Chamber International (JCI) to introduce the “ASPIRE Youth Program” – a visionary education initiative aimed at empowering young individuals in our community to thrive and make a positive impact in their lives and beyond.
The ASPIRE Youth Program is dedicated to fostering quality education, aligned with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal Number 4. Together, JUC and JCI are committed to ensuring inclusive and equitable education for all, with a focus on providing essential tools and resources for young people to succeed in today’s fast-paced and dynamic world.
As part of this joint effort, JUC and JCI will be offering scholarship programs to young individuals who demonstrate a strong dedication to learning and a desire to contribute positively to their communities. The program will encompass a range of training, seminars, and mentorship opportunities, enabling participants to develop valuable skills and capabilities that will empower them to reach their full potential.
Furthermore, in collaboration with JUC, the ASPIRE Youth Program will provide significant financial relief and unique opportunities for the participants. These include sponsorship of registration fees, reduced education fees up to diploma level, free accommodation, and access to JUC’s “Ready to Work” program, which offers valuable work experiences in various sectors.
